Dick Tollette PGA Professional
Dick is a Principal and Executive Director of Golf Operations for Premier Golf & Hospitality. He oversees all golf management and consulting projects for Premier.

Dick has spent the last 43 years as Golf Director at Bunker Hills Golf Course where he developed, built, grew and operated it into the most successful public golf course in Minnesota. Dick’s business experience and knowledge of golf development, operations, agronomy and education has earned him the prestigious title of PGA Master Professional.

While making Bunker Hills a household name in the local and national golf community, Dick embedded his own name into the golf industry with thirty years of consulting success on numerous projects through-out the United States.
Jason Tollette
Jason is a Principal and Director of Hospitality Operations for Premier Golf and Hospitality. He oversees the management and consulting of all resort, hotel and restaurant operations. Jason is also a licensed real estate broker specializing in hospitality and commercial properties.

Jason has spent the last 20 years in the golf, hospitality and commercial real estate industries. From 1995 – 2004 Jason was the head golf professional and general manager for the Izatys Resort, Blackbrook Golf Course and Sanctuary Golf Course in Minnesota. When Jason’s former employer sold Izatys in 2004 he started Meyer Commercial Real Estate located in St. Cloud, MN. In 2008, Izatys was foreclosed on by the lender and they quickly called Jason back to reopen and restore the property. Jason has acted as the general manager of Izatys for the lender since 2009. Jason has since resurrected Izatys from a closed bank-owned resort to being named the “2011 official best of” resort of the year in Minnesota.

While reviving Izatys, Jason spent a considerable amount of time developing the food and beverage operations. That focus has resulted in the Izatys chef being awarded the 2011 national distinguished chef of the year by The Herford Beef Association.
Jeff is a Principal and Executive Director of Golf Operations for Premier Golf & Hospitality. He oversees the management and consulting of all golf course operations.

Jeff has spent the last 25 years as the Golf Director at Rum River Hills overseeing all aspects of the operation including: budgets, accounting, staffing, training, job descriptions, sales marketing, member relations, food and beverage, maintenance department, clubhouse, etc. Under Jeff’s direction Rum River Hills has one of the most successful Men's Clubs in Minnesota.

Jeff specializes in member retention and customer service. He has also owned and operated a full service golf shop for over 25 years. Over the years Jeff has overseen many golf course projects and building improvements.
Song Lo
Song has represented companies and individuals in the areas of corporate, real estate, land use and environmental law for over eighteen years. Some of her specific experience include general counsel and business development work for closely-held companies, assisting private and public organizations on governance, negotiating and drafting of contracts, executive employment and incentive compensation agreements and plans, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution as well as general business dealings, civil litigation and municipal representation.

Song’s legal practice has also included representing golf course owners and developers throughout the Twin Cities Area. She has also focused on employment/labor, regulatory compliance, land use, administrative, real estate as well as lobbying services. Song has a strong and unique understanding of organizing and facilitating multiple stakeholders to build consensus and achieve results.

Song is a first generation Hmong, whose family sought refuge to America from the Vietnam Conflict, when she was only six years old. She grew up always mindful of where she came from and appreciative of the opportunities in front of her. Graduating at the top of her class from high school onto St. Olaf College, majoring in English and Psychology and then attending the University of Minnesota Law School, Song worked herself up the ladder from Associate to Majority and Managing Partner of a prominent, St. Paul law firm. Thereafter, she became general counsel and vice president of a construction and maintenance company and then took on her own legal practice as well as new ventures focusing in energy-related businesses and real estate development.

In addition to her professional life, Song has been and continues to be very active in community work. Some of her volunteer services have included serving as an Executive Board Member on the St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce, Children’s Hospitals and Clinics, Ramsey County Bar, Ethics, Hmong Chamber, the Lao Youth Society, United Hospitals Foundation, the Council on Crime and Justice and Greater Twin Cities United Way Board. .
Paul Grovum
Paul Grovum has spent the last 15 years as the owner of South Bay Design, a web development company that specializes in golf course solutions. His portfolio includes 15 golf courses ranging from public to private. In addition, he created and manages the Minnesota Section PGA website, two top 100 golf instructors’ websites and various other golf and restaurant related sites.

Paul is also a Certified Public Accountant and worked 6 winters for the CPA firm of Krigbaum, Ross-Rhoades in Elliott in Bemidji, MN. He specialized in both individual and corporate tax returns along with financial statement preparation.

Paul was the Head Professional at the Bemidji Town and Country Club for 28 years and also the general manager for his last 10 years. He was responsible for all facets of the club including preparing and analyzing the financial statements. In his last year (2006) during the economic downturn, the club showed positive cash flow of over $200,000.
